Dear Jasmine,
Thank you for reminding me of the great help Reach International Gave to my little school in Nuzvid.
Yes God has really blessed this school and it has now become a junior college. I can see for myself, what education can do for the poor and illiterate people. Reach International has done and is still doing for the people of India.
Thank you once again for writing to me…God is so good, and may we praise Him for ever.
With much love and prayers,
Joyce Ballantyne

From Dawit Alemishet (Ethiopia) II
Dear Jasmine,
Oh! I'm glad to hear from you after several years. Thank you so much for writing. Really I am surprised that you remembered me. Dawit means David in English so you were calling me correctly. Oh, I appreciate that you are still helping Africans.
…Now I am living in AddisAbaba. I'm working in one small organization. I brought my 2 little sisters with me. We are struggling to survive. Saba and Tigist my sisters are attending their college education. I’m paying for them their school fee. Of course I have decided that one of them will stop their college education this year. I have faced financial shortage. It is beyond my capacity. I mean house, rent, food, transportation, educational materials and other basic necessities are badly increased. I'm praying God will help.
Also I remembered the volunteers with you - Mr.Jeep, Shala, David and Donna. Are they still live around you? Please pass my greeting to them. I hope they will remember me. Jasmine, would you sending me your picture? I will send you mine and my sisters’ picture.
Wish you all the best! With earnest prayer your son,
Dawit

Dear Jasmine,
How are you doing? How is your work going? I hope that everything is fine...this is my daily prayer and wish for you. Jasmine, do you remember my name “Dawit” (actually you are usually calling me “David”)?
You were my special mom...always you were in my mind...do you remember the time when you were in Ethiopia, in Wukro? You were the one who took care of me...you were training me in piano & drum! Do you remember in the Christmas time you called me and told me to offer a song with a drum “I'm a Poor Boy” for the children? Really you are still in my mind. I got your e-mail after several years. I was only 11 years old at that time. I had also two little sisters with me there called Saba & Tigist you were giving us a special treat...you are my mom...I don't know nothing, how did you leave Ethiopia?
Now I have graduated with Management from Alemaya University. I am strongly serving my God in church. But always I had a dream to meet you...please write me soon. I begged God to met you when I was in problems. I hope so this is your right address! May the blessing of God be showered upon you and your family...God's richest blessing!
Your son,

Hi,
Happy New Year . I am the one of the kids. I finished number six in math and physics; of course I wait for all the results. Allow me to send my warmest greetings - full of love and lots of kisses. Say hello to your friends.
I hope you are fine. How is the atmosphere treating you over there? Back to me, I am fine and also working hard like a donkey.
So…I want to say “thanks” for the friendship we have shared and the good times we have had. I will always remember you. Keep this in your mind: "out of sight is not out of mind.” Thanks for accepting my E-mail.
Here is what I can tell you: Put God first in everything you do and He will put you first in every thing He does.
We never say good bye if I may remind you.
Good bye without end.
Dedicated 4 You
I call it love

I miss you.
